Management Trainee (MT Program)

Overview

This program aims to cultivate future operational and management talent. Management trainees will undergo rotational training in different positions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the logistics and warehousing operations system.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
  • Support dispatch & transportation scheduling
  • Assist supervisors in monitoring workflow, productivity, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR,Operations,Customer Service, IT) to solve operational issues
  • Join rotation assignments across different departments and warehouses
  • Learn management skills, operational SOPs, and industry best practices
  • Prepare reports, analyze logistics data, and support decision-making
Requirements
  • Recent graduates
  • Major in Supply Chain,Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred (not required)
  • Strong interest in logistics, warehouse operations, or transportation
  • Ability to handle fast-paced working environments
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities
  • Bilingual Chinese is required
